BBA SKILLS
Our skills training is rooted in the Constraint-Led Approach (CLA) — a modern, research-backed method focused on game-based learning. Instead of isolated drills, we place student athletes in realistic, game-like situations with specific constraints that mirror what they’ll face in competition. These constraints (time, space, or limited options) encourage athletes to problem-solve in real time, helping them discover effective techniques and decision-making strategies. This is where true skill emerges and develops as student athletes are learning in the context of the game. Our goal is not just to teach moves, but to build adaptable, high-IQ players who can read the game, make smart decisions, and thrive under pressure.
