Coaching is one of the most important pillars of our basketball academy. We take pride in nurturing confident players through skill development, teamwork, and a strong foundation in basketball fundamentals - all tailored to each player’s age and skill level. Our coaching staff is highly experienced, with backgrounds at the collegiate and professional levels, and we continuously invest in coach development to stay current with the latest tools, techniques, and global basketball trends.

We’re always looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who love basketball and are passionate about teaching the game. As our program continues to grow, we welcome new coaches to join our team and help shape the next generation of players.

• ​BROOKLYN CUP COACH FOR WINTER/SPRING SEASON (dec 1 - June 20) - Part Time 

• WEEKEND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER FOR BROOKLYN CUP LEAGUE - Part Time (weekends only)

• SUNDAY MORNING SKILLS TRAINER - Part Time (8 AM to noon - 4 sessions)

All candidates are required to complete an interview and background check to ensure they meet Brooklyn Basketball Academy’s quality and safety standards. A valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification is mandatory for all coaching applicants. BBA also provides annual CPR training for our coaching staff.
