4th -9th Grade

OVERVIEW

We’re excited to launch our first full season of girls travel teams, from 4th to 9th grade - a key step in building a strong foundation for girls basketball in Brooklyn. Our Dumbo facility will be primarily dedicated to supporting this program and creating a focused space for female athletes. BBA’s Girls Travel Program is designed for committed student-athletes who are ready to compete and take their game to the next level. We’re a competitive program focused on developing skilled and smart basketball players - not just in how they perform, but in how they approach training thinking the game.

While we’ll be fighting for championships, winning is not the ultimate goal. Our focus is on teaching the game the right way -with discipline, effort, teamwork, and strong basketball foundation - to build a culture of excellence and long-term growth.

4/5th grade - 10U | 9:00 - 10:00 AM

6/7th grade - 11U | 10:30 - 11:30 AM

8/9th grade - 12U | 12:00 - 1:30 PM

We’ve scheduled two tryout dates to give families flexibility in attending. Final rosters will be announced on August 29th. We're looking for Intermediate/advanced-level players - hardworking, dedicated student/athletes who are serious about basketball and ready to make a commitment.

If coaches are unable to make a final decision based on one session, a player may be asked to attend another tryout for further evaluation. Players who do not make the travel team will have an opportunity to join our skills classes to improve skills and basketball IQ and prepare for the next round tryouts in spring.
