HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING

Elevate your game with our exclusive early-morning workout sessions. Designed for high school athletes, this program focuses on comprehensive athletic development and skill enhancement. Whether you're preparing for high school tryouts in fall or aiming to reach your full potential throughout the season, our twice-weekly sessions will help you transform your performance.

FALL SEASON

  • Sep 9th - Dec 8th

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • 6:00 AM - 7:15 AM

  • Limited to 16 athletes (co-ed)

  • $520 - Prorated cost as of OCT 28

  • Total of 11 Sessions remaining, 2 days ​per week (excludes Thanksgiving)

 

​Important information for students going directly to school​

  • Facility has locker rooms with showers 

  • Location is a convenient 2-minute walk to/from R Train (25th Street stop)

TRAINING GOALS

This intensive pre-season training is designed to prepare players physically, and mentally for upcoming competitions. This comprehensive program combines athletic conditioning, basketball-specific movements, and skill development. Players will improve speed, agility, strength, and on-court abilities, ensuring they're in peak form when the season starts. Our holistic approach aims to elevate overall performance and give athletes a competitive edge.
